Today, I’m celebrating my 8th thyroidversary and feeling grateful for my community of wellness warriors. I appreciate all of you who have encouraged and inspired me on my journey 🦋

The last 16 months have been quite a ride with their fair share of challenges. But they’ve been instrumental in teaching me what’s important in life—my health (mental & physical), good friends, and the ability to take time for myself.

I’ve spent a lot of time reflecting about what I wanted me life to look like and always thought that some external factor would bring me inner peace (spoiler alert: it didn’t). I’m grateful to @dianadaviscreative for sharing her wisdom with me these past few months and this idea about designing the life you want to live and envisioning what that looks like to make it a reality.

After months of soul searching, I’m happy to have created my own inner peace and wanted to share this to encourage others, in case any of you have been feeling lost or stuck while forging your own path.
