If you have flawless skin, consider yourself lucky. But if you are like me and struggle with uneven skin tone, acne scaring, and redness, then you should read on.
In the interest of full disclosure, I have yet to meet a Stila product that I didn’t like. The triple-swirled one-step corrector from the brand pulls not only double but triple-duty and works to minimize uneven skin tone and redness (green), brighten (peach), and conceal skin imperfections (lavender).
Who should use this product?
Anyone with redness or uneven skin tone.
How do you apply it?
I like to put a small amount of the one-step correct on my hand first and then use my fingers to dab it onto the problem areas of my skin, mainly my cheeks. It has the consistency of a mousse, but feels like a cream once applied. For a little more coverage, try mixing it with your BB or CC cream. After the product sets, continue with your regular makeup routine.
I alternate between using the one-step corrector and the concealer that comes with Stila’s Stay All Day Foundation, depending on the type of coverage I need. What I like about the corrector is that it feels lightweight…but it’s a knockout. It doesn’t leave my skin greasy or make me feel as though I have a ton of product on under my foundation and it enhances my complexion.
Whether you have problem areas (like I do) or simply want a base for your foundation, this One-Step Correct from Stila will leave you looking your best. And who doesn’t want that?
Have you tried Stila’s One-Step Correct? What’s your go-to beauty product for creating a flawless glow?
Oooh, too cool. I need to give this product a try!

It’s great, Ashley! It helps to conceal my problem areas and serves as the perfect primer for my foundation. Let me know your thoughts if you try it!
I would really like to try this product sometime… I know its been around for quite awhile but I’ve always gravitated towards smashbox instead of stila. I just blogged about Pixi glow tonic last week, which has been amazing in getting my skin super soft and even, and some people say it has faded their acne scars as well. Highly recommend you check out the product!
Thanks for the suggestion. I’m definitely going to check out your post! I’ve been using Stila’s Stay All Day Foundation for over a year now, and it is the only brand that provides enough coverage for me and doesn’t irritate my skin. Now I’m using all of their products! Let me know your thoughts if you end up trying the One-Step Correct. Thanks for visiting Living in Steil!
this looks really cool! I love stila 😀

Isn’t Stila the best, Samantha? I’ve been using the Stay All Day Foundation for over a year now, and it is the only product that really works for my skin and doesn’t irritate it. Now, I use everything from the brand…including their skincare line!
Lucky for all the ladies with perfect skin, this is awesome for those like you and myself who need a little extra help 🙂 I want to see a photo of you wearing it!

Thanks, Kelly! This is a really great product to help with problem areas. It goes on rather sheer, so there isn’t much to see in terms of color on your face — which I actually like. You can dab more on for extra coverage and still wear a light foundation. Let me know your thoughts if you give it a try!
I’ve never used this product but I definitely need to try! Great product review 🙂
