As we prepare to be walloped by a snowstorm on the East Coast at the end of the week (I’ve heard we could get up to 12 inches of snow. #sayitaintso), I figured I’d share a quick Instagram recap before all of my photos contain…well, snow. And I may be stocking up on one or more of the items below to keep me sane while snowed in!
{White Chocolate Mocha and Red Velvet…tea}
{Something sweet || My new favorite croissant donut from Dunkin’ Donuts}
{California Dreamin’}
{Something healthy || Shrimp and pasta for dinner}
{Pink fluffy clouds and a beautiful sky}
Good luck with that snowstorm. It’s seem like the East is always getting hit more than the Midwest. We have some flurries right now but nothing major. Stay warm and safe!

Thanks, Kathrine! We’ve had such a mild winter on the East Coast, so I really can’t complain. Hope you’re having a great week!
WOW.. stay warm and safe babe! Sorry to hear about the snowstorm. Hope you’re having a wonderful week!
Much love, Len

Thanks, Len! With any luck, we won’t get 12 inches of snow.
We recently had a blizzard hit Texas, yes you heard me right, Texas! 12 inches of snow, that’s a lot for us. We were snowed in for almost a week, I was going crazy. LOL!
Uhm, the DD Croissant Donut looks delish, why haven’t I tried it yet?

So sorry to hear about your weather in Texas, Lily! I’m hoping we don’t get 12 inches, but I’m stocking up on supplies in case I’m stuck indoors for a while. You need to try the croissant donut! It is amazing. I have to refrain from passing a Dunkin Donuts so I don’t buy a box of them. I’m glad you enjoyed my snaps and thanks for visiting Living in Steil!
After the arctic cold we just went through I’m so glad we didn’t get more than a dusting of snow from this storm. However, with the cold weather I have been pretty much shut inside these days. Your picks are fantastic for these types of days. I hope you stay nice, warm and comfy during the storm. You look very prepared.

Thanks, Kathy! I’ll be spending the next couple of days out and about…and stocking up. If we get as much snow as predicted, I could be home for a while. I hope you’re staying warm!
Mm everything looks so yummy!!

Thanks, Nicky! I’m glad you enjoyed the post and thanks for visiting Living in Steil!
I am certainly NOT looking forward to the foot of snow that’s expected! I mean, I love the look of snow, especially when it first hits the ground, but driving and walking in and around it is so annoying, haha! I love the teas you’ve shared here; that red velvet got my full attention, I’ve never heard of a red velvet tea before. Also, that croissant donut looks amazing! Thanks so much for sharing, beautiful, and keep warm!

I’m right there with you, Jalisa! Snow is great when you can stay home and watch it fall — but I’m not looking forward to having to shovel and drive in it. I actually stumbled across the Red Velvet tea at Best Yet and thought it sounded too good to pass up. It was actually very tasty, and not too sweet! I hope you are staying warm!
Cute pictures and that pasta looks delish 😉

I’ve been drinking a lot of tea lately, too, Jill. I love the white pomegranate tea from Trader Joe’s.
The cold is so horrible, where I live we have hardly had any snow. I have been drinking hot drinks every night just to keep myself warm!

I’m so over the cold, Erin! I need it to be summer ASAP. I hope you’re staying warm and thanks for visiting Living in Steil.
Wait, croissant donut??? Amazing. Stay warm, girl!

Yes, it’s so amazing, Heidi! I hope you try it soon.
Wait, we’re getting snow? I think I’m the only one cheering (sorry!). I’ve been waiting for snow! 🙂 Good idea on stocking up with tea.

Snow is in the forecast. How much we will actually get is anyone’s guess. I love snow when I have nowhere to go, but after a day, I’m over it. Hope you’re staying warm and you enjoy your snow day!
Good luck with the snowstorm! Although snow can be pretty I can totally see how it can be a pain too. Wishing you warmer weather from California!!!

I am moving to California in my mind, Tara. I would be so happy to never see snow again. It’s fun for about a day and then I’m over it.
