As I write this post, the temperature outside is 70 degrees — quite a difference from the hot and humid days I experienced last week in Jacksonville, Florida. Since I’ve been home, it feels like fall is starting to make a debut in these parts. I’ve also noticed that it is getting darker earlier (and that makes me sad). In an effort to delay the eventual end of summer, I’ve been going through my recent travel photos. Ah, what a difference a week makes.
Here are some snaps that make me think warm thoughts:
{Morning coffee on the balcony}
{Had to try a cupcake from Sweets by Holly}
{Can I stay here…forever?}
{Cooling off with a blended custard from Whit’s}
{Farewell, Florida!}
Thanks for sharing these snaps! The desserts looks so yummy. Have a great day Vanessa!

The cupcake was delicious! Glad you enjoyed the post.
I know! The mornings are getting a bit cooler and to be honest, I’m kind of loving it! I’m just so done with the humidity we’ve been experiencing and so is my curly hair, haha! Plus, I just love fall fashion and the overall vibe of the season, so beautiful! I mentioned in your previous post how I’ve visited Jacksonville before, but I had no idea about these dessert stops! I mean, that cupcake looks DELICIOUS! Now, I’m having some major cravings, haha! Thanks for sharing, beauty, and I hope you’re having a great week so far!

Thanks, Jalisa! The cooler weather is nice, but I could use a few more weeks of heat before fall hits. Jacksonville is such a fun place. I really enjoyed my time there–and the food was amazing!
That cupcake looks INCREDIBLE! The temperature hasn’t dropped in LA yet but I’m feeling really ready for it. In the meantime I’ll have to live vicariously through you and dream of sweater weather.
I am so not ready for sweater weather, Kasie! Can I come over to the West Coast?
I love your coffee cup! I buy one for each place I go to remind me about my trips.
Thanks! That’s such a great idea!
