The end of August is always a bittersweet (and busy!) time for me. Between squeezing in some last minute beach days, scheduling a date to go out to the Hampton Classic Horse Show, and solidifying my Labor Day weekend plans, the final days of August are hectic…to say the least. I crossed a number of things off my summer bucket list this month, from strolling through Target Rock National Wildlife Refuge (did you know that this year marks the centennial of the National Parks Service?) to taking a little trip down to Jacksonville, Florida. So as the summer days wind down, make sure you take advantage of what’s left to do on your list. I hope you have a great Labor Day weekend!
