Unique Apparel from The Handmade Market Co.

A few weeks ago, I met Elise of The Handmade Market Co. She is a fellow Long Islander who creates unique apparel and custom hand-painted signs. As a local, I was drawn to her sweatshirts that said “Home” with the Long Island logo incorporated into the design. We connected through Instagram and I instantly knew that I wanted to feature her apparel on my site.

Elise was gracious enough to gift me with a fitted zen hoodie in cement grey and a cute beanie that also has the Home logo on it—and both pieces have been on major repeat since I received them.

The Home sweatshirt is the coziest piece I have ever owned.  I never want to take it off. The vintage look and the soft feel make it a clear winner.  And the slouchy ribbed beanie with the embroidered logo truly completes the look.

Wherever I may live in the future, Long Island will always be home and this sweatshirt and beanie are both pieces I will cherish. I appreciate the quality and creativity of the pieces from The Handmade Market Co. and am impressed with all the different styles.
