As a blogger and a local, I am always in search of new hangout spots…to people-watch, catch up on emails, or meet a friend after work at. So, naturally, a space that looks inviting and has a good menu will catch my eye.
Real Food, Real People is a new-to-me eatery right in my own backyard. I’ve followed their Instagram account for a while, and drooled over their gorgeous food photos for longer than I would like to admit. So, on a particularly warm Friday afternoon, when I didn’t feel like cooking, I strolled into town and decided to try the place out for myself.
I instantly fell in love with the open and airy space, adorned with lots of greenery—and my favorite—a cozy place to sit at and take in the views outside.
The menu—which has everything from organic cold pressed juices to pitaya bowls—will have something for every health-conscious foodie to enjoy. I wasn’t particularly famished on this occasion, so a berry protein smoothie really hit the spot. But next time, it’s all about the organic salad and savory bowls…or perhaps, the organic pops (I think a coco goji banana pop sounds delish, don’t you?).
While I love my local Starbucks dearly, Real Food, Real People may have just given the coffee chain a run for its money. When I’m looking for my next smoothie-fix, or just a peaceful atmosphere to spend an afternoon in, you will surely find me at this local organic eatery.
I love cool coffee shops like this! The decor is very inviting. Thanks for sharing Vanessa!

That’s exactly why it’s my new favorite place, Courtney!

Hope you are having a wonderful start to this week! 🙂
