
What’s better than making it to a free workout class in the middle of the week that is being taught by one of your favorite instructors? This week, Athleta in Woodbury, NY hosted a mat Pilates class that was taught by Dianna from Flex Studios (you may recall some of my posts about Flex seen here, here, and here). Through the Wellness Collective, this hour class worked our legs, core, and upper body strength while bringing together some old and new faces.
I love community events like this and I am so grateful to Dianna and Athleta for bringing this to Woodbury the other night. It was great to meet other people in the health and wellness space and I even got to meet a fellow blogger and fitness instructor who I follow on Instagram in person.
