As promised, I’m sharing more about my gorgeous new knot bands from Stephanie Occhipinti Designs today! And as predicted, I have yet to take them off…and have received tons of compliments on them.
If you didn’t see my mention last week, Stephanie and I met at a fair the Art League of Long Island hosted a few years back after her intricate designs caught my eye. A local Long Island jewelry designer, Stephanie has designed pieces for large jewelry brands in addition to the ones she creates for her own label.

Last week, in between scheduling doctor’s appointments and going for my thyroid blood work (which I got the results of yesterday and everything is status quo), Stephanie reached out to say that she had the three knot bands I had been eyeing from when we first met waiting for me. It was the sweetest gesture and it meant so much to me that she remembered how much I loved them.
One of the reasons I love supporting local brands is that I also get to connect with the person behind them—or in this case, the person actually making them. To me, those one-of-a-kind pieces represent more than just a product, but actually a labor of love for someone else that I have come to appreciate. So much of Stephanie’s background comes through in her collection. For instance, her EMPI Collection drew inspiration from her practice of Japanese karate, which led to her flying swallow motif. And I love supporting people who also believe in giving back. Stephanie graciously donates her pieces to charitable causes. How amazing is that?

Stephanie has so many beautiful pieces and each one of her designs is unique in its own right, but the double hand-carved knot rings that she created in gold, silver, and rose gold are my absolute favorites. These handcrafted beauties represent inner strength, something I remember each time I look down at my hand during the day. These dainty rings can be worn together, as I’ve been wearing them, or separate, and are a fun addition to any jewelry collection. The best part is that for those of us with tiny fingers, they can be adjusted for the perfect fit.
Looking for some additional “bling” to incorporate with your style? Check out her Just Personal Stone and Knot Stackable Ring collection, too. I’ve been swooning over the rose gold with rainbow moon and rose gold with rhodolite garnet rings, personally.
So the next time you are looking for jewelry that is designed for your unique spirit, shop on Stephanie’s site, follow her on Instagram, or visit her at the Gallery North Outdoor Art Show in Setauket, NY on September 7th and 8th. Her pieces are timeless and truly something you will appreciate each time you wear them.
Thank you, Stephanie, for my beautiful rings!
