
We are almost at the end of January. Have you checked in on your goals or resolutions yet? If one of the things you were striving for this year was to live a healthier lifestyle, perhaps I can help!
You may remember that I enrolled in the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) last May. And, guess what? In a few short months I will be an IIN graduate and will work with a select number of clients who are interested in cutting back on sugar, finding more ways to exercise, struggling with thyroid and autoimmune-related issues, or just want to live a healthier lifestyle overall.
I’ve already started working with people and found that my own struggles with food and healthy eating gave me a great background to work with clients and help others with similar issues. In short, I have some great tips up my sleeve that have worked for me…and I want to share them with you!

- I’m a seven-year thyroid cancer survivor and advocate who has regained my life after a serious diagnosis.
- I wasn’t the world’s best eater, so I know how hard it is to make diet modifications (also known as, making healthier choices when there is a box of donuts in front of you).
- I’m all about starting small and finding ways that work for you as an individual to live your best life!
