Introducing My New Fall ‘It’ Bag: The Paige Saddle Bag

While I may be in no rush to welcome fall weather (#endlesssummer), I was recently in the mood to change up my everyday bag and invite a more fall-like color into my life. The Paige Saddle Bag from Stylish Equestrian had long been on my list of wants, so when they had a Labor Day sale, I jumped (pun intended) to buy the bag. In looking through my current bag selection, I noticed something—they’re all pretty much the same color, black. And while a black bag is a staple, I decided I could do with a pop of color. The Paige Saddle Bag is made from vegan leather and comes in three color options, black, white, and Kelly green. And I have to say, the Kelly green is even more striking in person. 

When the bag arrived, it was the perfect size and just what I was looking for to comfortably hold a small wristlet, my keys, a pair of sunglasses, and a bottle of hand sanitizer. I also liked that the bag came with two strap options of differing lengths. I went with the shorter shoulder strap, and it’s the ideal length, but the bag could also be worn as a crossbody with the other adjustable strap. The bag makes it easy to access its contents just by opening the magnetic side pocket and it has a zippered compartment for smaller items. To me, nothing is worse than a bag that requires two hands to get your things in and out of. 

This equestrian-inspired bag will be a solid staple for fall, and I’m glad that my purchase helped support a small business.
