My at-home manicure game just got a major enhancement, thanks to these new Drying Drops from Manucurist. If there’s one thing that ruins a good manicure, it’s when your nails don’t dry fast enough. So, I put these Drying Drops to the test…and found they’re worth adding to your manicure routine.
Manucurist recently sent me their Green system to try. I’ve been using their at-home Green Flash gel manicure system and their Active Glow kit for a while and love both. But with this latest addition, you don’t need to use a lamp to dry your nails in between coats, which cuts down on time. Yet the Green system still gives your nails that salon-quality look!
The Green system includes a base coat, nail polish, a top coat, and the Drying Drops. Since I needed new nail colors for fall and have been gravitating toward darker hues, I stocked up on some gorgeous Manucurist colors (they have the best nail colors, in my opinion). I chose to try Terracotta, Brique (which is currently on my nails in the picture), Orme, Chestnut, and Clove. These shades range from reddish-brown to dark brown, and I can’t wait to try them all.

I opted to try the Brique color first, a warm, spicy orange-red color that complements my tan. What I love about Manucurist is how easy they make doing your nails at home. I always prep my nails first by using their Green Dissolvant to clean my nails and enhance durability. Then, I apply the Base Coat to each of my nails, add two layers of color, and finish off with the Top Coat for a gel-like effect. While this is how I would do my manicure normally, not having to stop and dry my nails in between each step feels like a game-changer. Lastly, I add a drop of the Drying Drops to the middle of each nail after the Top Coat has been applied. The Drying Drops are enriched with ceramides and leave the cuticle perfectly nourished, and they cut the drying time in half. There’s a push-button dropper to make application easy, and there’s no need to rub it in afterward—just add a drop, and voilà, you have the perfect manicure in less time.
When it comes to removal, Manucurist makes that process simple, too, with their Green Dissolvant, which easily removes the polish without drying your nails. My nails have never looked healthier since using all of Manucurist’s products on them. They are the longest they have ever been and remain strong and chip-free. In the interest of full disclosure, I have not used regular nail polish for close to a year now since discovering Manucurist. I like to alternate between the Active Glow and their nail polish, and I use the Huile Verde Nail and Cuticle Oil anytime I have bare nails. So far, my nails have survived a summer of sailing and horseback riding with no signs of damage.

Manucurist has over 100 nail polish colors to choose from that are ultra-pigmented and offer intense shine. Every time I order from them, going through their extensive color options is what takes me the most amount of time. But the best part is that their polishes are the cleanest possible for your health and the environment. The Green system is made in France, 9-free, and 84% vegan and plant-based.
