It’s been a minute since I’ve done an agenda post. But can you blame me with the cold winter we’ve been having? Last month, I mostly stayed put and focused on work—not exactly thrilling, right? I did make a quick trip into the City to take a Forward_Space class and explore the Tenement Museum, but beyond that, it was all business.
This month, however, I’m determined to ramp up my activities and get outside more—weather permitting, of course. So, here’s what’s on my agenda for February:
Do: A few days ago, we observed World Cancer Day, a time to unite survivors through our shared experiences. It’s hard to believe that 12 years have passed since I heard those life-altering words: “You have cancer.” This day always serves as a reminder of how far I’ve come as a survivor and advocate, as well as the importance of maintaining my health. That means scheduling my annual thyroid ultrasound this month—a non-negotiable in my survivorship journey.
Meet: While I may not have ventured out much, I’ve enjoyed virtual meetups. Whether catching up with fellow entrepreneurs from my business coach’s masterclasses or reconnecting with friends living abroad, these conversations have been incredibly energizing. They remind me that even when I’m homebound, I can still stay connected with people across the globe.
Celebrate: I feel like I’ve reached a new milestone in my business, and I couldn’t be more excited to share that I’ve taken on two new clients! Over the past few months, I’ve been manifesting the kind of clients I want to work with and envisioning ways to grow my business. And guess what? Two dream clients arrived! I’m currently in the onboarding process and look forward to sharing more details about our work together soon.
Collaborate: An exciting collaboration is coming to the blog later this month! If you’re petite like me and love fashion, you won’t want to miss it. One of my biggest frustrations when shopping is having to get clothes altered to fit my frame. So, when a brand that specializes in petite-friendly fashion reached out, I knew I had to try a few pieces from their collection. My order just arrived, and I can’t wait to show you what I picked from their spring lineup. Let the countdown to warmer days begin!
What’s on your agenda this month?
