Summer arrived fast on Long Island—one day it was spring, and the next, we were in full-blown heat and humidity. While I’m not complaining (okay, maybe just a little), a bit more warning would’ve been nice. Now that it officially feels like summer—even with rain clouds constantly in the forecast—I’m leaning all the way in. Hydrangeas are blooming, Aperol Spritzes are flowing, and dining al fresco is officially on the agenda.
If you’re looking for ways to welcome the season or just want a peek at some recent summer-inspired moments, here’s a quick recap of what’s been getting me in that sunny state of mind.

{I’m here for the hydrangeas}

{It’s Spritz season!}

{Dinner al fresco at one of my favorite places on the water}

{New ring from local, woman-owned business Humble & Spark}

{I can hardly contain my excitement with this weather}
