Happy Halloween, friends! It’s hard to believe October is coming to a close…but what a month it’s been.
This week brought me into the city for meetings (and, of course, a few favorite workout and coffee stops along the way). It’s always energizing to spend time in the city, especially in the fall when the crisp air and changing leaves make everything feel a little more magical.
Now I’m shifting gears and preparing to moderate a wellness panel this Sunday at James Lane Fest in the Hamptons. I’m looking forward to leading this conversation and connecting with others who are passionate about health, well-being, and intentional living. If you’re local, there’s still time to get your tickets and join us for a weekend of art, wellness, and dining with James Lane Post. Be sure to follow along on Instagram, as I share some behind-the-scenes moments from the day!
As for Halloween, I’m planning to keep things low-key this year. After a busy month, a quiet night in feels like exactly what I need—maybe with some candles, comfort food, and a cozy movie. But, hey, I just might throw a Halloween costume together at the last minute. You never know!
Whether you’re out trick-or-treating, attending a festive event, or enjoying your own cozy night at home, I hope your Halloween is filled with a little magic and a lot of moments that make you smile.
