If you’ve been following along for a while, you know I’m intentional about the wellness practices I bring into my life. I’m not interested in doing more just for the sake of it, but rather I want routines that feel supportive, realistic, and calming. Lately, that’s exactly what led me to the HigherDOSE Red Light Face Mask.
I’ll be honest: I waited a really long time to buy a red light mask. There are so many on the market these days, and I wasn’t sure which one to choose—or if I even needed one at all. But now that I’m 39, it felt like the right time to bring something like this into my wellness routine—something that supports my skin while also encouraging rest and consistency.

I ended up purchasing my mask during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales, and when I thought about it, the investment made sense. For the price of a single facial, I now have my own personal skincare experience anytime I want with no appointments, no travel, and no pressure.
What I really love is that it doesn’t feel like “another step” in my routine. It’s become a small ritual, a way to slow down at the end of the day. My skin already feels calmer and refreshed after just a few sessions, and while the long-term results take time, I love the feeling of doing something gentle and consistent for myself.
These little moments of care have quickly become some of my favorite parts of my evening routine. The truth is, consistency matters more than perfection, and the joy is in the ritual as much as in the results. Using this mask reminds me to slow down, be present, and prioritize myself—something we all need a little more of, especially as life gets busier.
If red light therapy has been on your radar, I’ve linked the HigherDOSE mask I use. And if you want to join me on my red light mask journey, follow along on Instagram, where I share more about how I use the mask and my thoughts as I continue to incorporate it into my routine.

Amazing self care and self love!! May you always stay beautiful and young at heart and the body
Thank you!
You made such a great point about the cost of one facial versus owning the mask. I always feel so guilty spending money on professional treatments that only last an hour, so looking at it as a long-term investment really helps justify the price tag! I am so sad I missed the Black Friday deal, but I think I am still going to treat myself for my birthday next month
I highly recommend treating yourself. HigherDose still has some good sales going on, just saying!
